Country:   Sao Tome and Principe Description of the Assignment:  O consultor será responsável por planear, organizar e dinamizar um Concurso Nacional de Empreendedorismo em São Tomé e Príncipe, no âmbito do programa PROSPERITY do PNUD. A missão inclui a elaboração do regulamento, organização da chamada pública, definição dos critérios de avaliação e júri, realização de due diligence, formação dos empreendedores e organização do evento final STPitch. O consultor também apoiará na definição de indicadores de desempenho a integrar nos contratos com os vencedores. Todo o trabalho será realizado em articulação com a REINA e a Direção de Empreendedorismo, assegurando alinhamento institucional e continuidade com programas anteriores do PNUD Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  6 meses Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
