The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through its Global Policy Centre for Governance (GPCG), is organizing a two-day high-level conference titled “New Ways of Governing”, scheduled to take place in Oslo, Norway in October. Planned days for the conference are 28–29 October 2025. UNDP will alternatively consider offers for 21- 22 October 2025 also. This Request for Quotation seeks a qualified venue provider to support the planning and delivery of the conference by offering professional venue and catering services in line with the detailed specifications provided in the RFQ document. The conference will host approximately 100 participants from UNDP, governments, civil society, academia, and the private sector. Key requirements include: A plenary hall for 100 participants (round-table setup) Breakout rooms Coffee breaks, buffet lunches, and an evening reception AV support with hybrid conferencing capabilities etc. The venue should be approximately within 20 minutes distance by public transport from Oslo city centre and from Oslo Gardermoen Airport, and provide a conducive, inclusive, and professional environment for dialogue and collaboration.Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
