The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through its Global Policy Centre for Governance (GPCG), is organizing a two-day high-level conference titled “New Ways of Governing”, scheduled to take place in Oslo, Norway in October. Planned days for the conference are 28–29 October 2025. UNDP will alternatively consider offers for 21- 22 October 2025 also. This Request for Quotation seeks a qualified venue provider to support the planning and delivery of the conference by offering professional venue and catering services in line with the detailed specifications provided in the RFQ document. The conference will host approximately 100 participants from UNDP, governments, civil society, academia, and the private sector.
