The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Burundi invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of ten (10) heavy-duty truck tyres for its fleet operations. The proposed tyres shall be brand new and comply with the required technical specifications, including size 325/95R24, Load Index 162/160, and Speed Index K. Accepted brands are Michelin or Dunlop. The objective of this procurement is to ensure the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of IOM vehicles supporting program implementation across Burundi. Suppliers are requested to submit their technical and financial offers, including product catalogues, warranty information, country of origin, and delivery lead times. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated price among technically compliant offers meeting all requirements stipulated in this Mini-RFQ.
