Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: 1. Conduct induction and coordination meetings with the ILO technical team. 2. Review existing career guidance and job/vocational counselling materials. 3. Adapt and consolidate materials into a concise and practical career guidance package tailored to: o The operational structure of the Work-Based Learning Programme; o GESOB’s institutional role and capacity; o The Gaziantep labour market context. 4. Integrate selected elements related to: o Labour rights and decent work awareness; o Referral pathways to relevant services (e.g. recognition of prior learning, legal aid, social protection, psychosocial support); o Inclusion considerations, including barriers specific to disability, gender, refugee status, and youth. 5. Conduct consultations with ILO Ankara, ILO HQ, GESOB, and career guidance related stakeholders. 6. Develop a structured training programme and materials suitable for non-specialist practitioners, including a counsellor’s handbook with practical tools/checklists 7. Prepare pre- and post-training assessment and feedback tools. 8. Deliver the capacity building training in Turkish to maximum 20 participants, applying participatory adult learning methodologies. 9. Compile training documentation and evaluation results. 10. Submit a training report including lessons learned and recommendations. 11. Conduct field visit Gaziantep to observe the delivery of career guidance counselling sessions and to provide feedback. 12. Draft monitoring report.
