FAO expects to receive the most competitive offers under this option and therefore reserve the right to award based on the complete quantities of lots on a DPU basis. Your Best and Final Offer (BAFO) must consider the following: • Technical specifications: The technical specifications of your offer should remain unchanged and identical to those of your original offer, which means that NO modified technical specifications are permitted, and such offer will be rejected. • Quantity: please refer to the below Financial Offer. • Delivery time: confirming completion of works within 45-70 days (within the delivery timeline proposed by the supplier) after receipt of FAO’s purchase order (PO) • Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid with firm and fixed prices for 60 days after the BAFO Closing Date.
