Country:   Home-based with possibility of one field visit in China. Description of the Assignment: The National Petroleum and Chemical Industry Specialist will provide advice on plastic polymer and additives baseline and management information, policy gap analysis and demonstration plan for plastics/additives alternaltives and advanced recycling in China together with knowledge on BAT/BEP to support the development of the Project Document and other mandatory documents.  Period of assignment/services: From April 2025 to 31 Dec 2025, with a total of about 100 working days. Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
