United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows: The mid-term evaluation of the “Strengthening competency – based and ICT – enabled STEM and VET education and teacher – training in Tajikistan” project funded by the European Union. The evaluation will cover the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 October 2024 in order to assess various aspects of the project, including the relevance of the project, its achievements, efficiency and effectiveness of implementation, as well as its approach for sustainability, at the country level.
