Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO seeks an external graphic design consultant to design and produce awareness-raising and learning materials for coffee farming communities in Lampung, Indonesia, under the Vision Zero Fund coffee supply chain project. The assignment includes developing posters and/or large-format banners incorporating infographics, selected merchandise artwork (e.g., T-shirt designs), A4 materials for training presentations and project briefs, and retouching/harmonizing existing templates in line with the project’s visual identity. The consultant will deliver print-ready and digital-ready PDFs together with complete editable/source files, ensuring full compliance with ILO and partner branding requirements. Experience producing materials for international development organizations is an advantage, and familiarity with agricultural value-chain communications—particularly in the coffee sector—would be beneficial. The consultant should be able to produce and/or adapt designs in Bahasa Indonesia and English or work accurately with bilingual text provided.
