The WFP Ukraine Country Office is seeking a suppliers for the supply and delivery of carton boxes to support WFP’s General Food Distribution (GFD) activities in Ukraine. Requirements for WFP Ukraine Interested vendors must meet the following minimum criteria: Ability to deliver to the following regions: Dnipro, Molodizhne (Odesa region) , Kropyvntskyi. Capability to supply high-quality carton boxes with pre-printed information with following specifications Size: BC 376*225*285 Type: Grade P-32 (5-ply (double‑wall)) corrugated cardboard Profile:  BC flute Absolute compressive strength:  1,20 Mpa Edge crush resistance along the corrugations, no less:  6.0 kN/m Humidity:  6-9 % Purpose of This EOI The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to identify suppliers with the technical expertise and capacity to supply high-quality carton boxes with pre-printed information for WFP’s General Food Distribution project in Ukraine.  This EOI does not constitute a tender. Suppliers meeting the requirements may be shortlisted and invited to participate in future formal solicitation processes. Instructions for Submission to EOI Interested suppliers must submit the following documents: Table 1. Supplier Registration Form (signed and stamped by an authorized company representative); Table 2 Declaration of Honour; Table 3. AFAC Clause; Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations; Tax registration certificate; Bank letter with bank details; Technical documents confirming the cardboard's boxes compliance with the required characteristics All documentation listed above must be submitted in English or Ukrainian, in PDF format, and emailed to: [email protected]. Upon closure of the submission period, WFP will review all submissions and inform suppliers of the evaluation outcome. Evaluation and Important Information Incomplete or unsigned submissions will not be considered. All submissions and supporting documentation will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed publicly.
