The sociological research envisages: Running representative social survey (Task 1) to reveal changes in awareness of the Ukrainian public of issues related to illicit possession, misuse of and illicit trade in WAE. Two (2) focus group studies (Task 2) to explore perceptions of WAE circulation in Ukraine, discuss methods to combat illicit weapons, and identify key messages and communication channels, guided by a pre-approved discussion plan. An assessment (Task 3) to evaluate the impact of the campaign implemented on the basis of sociological research. A successful bidder must cover the full scope of required services. Partial proposals are not permitted.
