Work Duration: November 2024 Deadline for Submission of Proposal: Wednesday, 6 November 2024 (1730 hrs) The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified national institutions to undertake an assignment to document the Approach to Inclusive Market Systems (AIMS) Approach and Human Stories (Production of Short Videos and Photographs) in Koshi Province and Kathmandu. Interested applications must be able to accomplish the tasks as described in the Terms of Reference (ToR). National institutions are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically to
[email protected] by 17:30 hrs on Wednesday, 6th November 2024. Subject heading should mention “(ILO/KTM-RFP-2024-015) Documentation of AIMS Approach and Human Stories.” Please include a copy of ownership certificate, company profile, VAT/PAN registration certificate and updated tax clearance certificate of your company. Note that submissions require a technical proposal (containing organisational profile, team member details, previous experience, and such) and a financial proposal (with each possible expense heading detailed). Technical proposal should propose detailed list of activities with timeline to achieve the objectives of the consultancy. Technical and financial proposals should be sent in separate emails. Interested institutions are requested to comply with all instructions, forms, contract provision and specifications contained in the RFP template to avoid rejection of the proposal. The ILO may reject a proposal that does not provide all information requested which is necessary for assessment of the proposal by the ILO. This is the extension of 'Request for Proposal' initially posted on 27 October 2024; those who have already submitted the proposals need not re-submit.
