Conducting Rapid Assessment on Barriers Hindering Women and Youth’s Participation in Decision Making Processes.   The "Promoting Participation Pathways for Human Development – 3P4D" initiative is a multi-country program operating in Kenya, Mongolia, Senegal, Somalia, and Sri Lanka. It aims to promote civic engagement, strengthen public participation, and create an enabling environment for governance reforms.Within Sri Lankas SDG 16 portfolio, this initiative is aligned with ongoing efforts to promote open and participatory governance, ensuring that citizens, particularly women, youth, and marginalized communities, can meaningfully contribute to public decision-making and oversight processes  Objective; The primary objective of this assignment is to conduct a rapid assessment (survey) focusing on women and youth, including those from marginalized communities such as indigenous groups and ethnic minorities, in the North, East, and Uva provinces of Sri Lanka.
