1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime's Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies for the establishment of a long term agreement for Provision of Conference, Accommodation, Hotel Transfers and other related Services for UNODC in Eastern Africa (UGANDA) 2. Specific requirements for the requested services include provision of the services in the following regions in UGANDA: i. Kampala ii. Arua iii. Entebbe iv. Fort Portal v. Gulu vi. Jinja vii. Mbarara viii. Mbale ix. Bushenyi x. Masindi 3. Interested bidders must meet the following conditions: a. Bidder must have the requisite business registration certificates b. Bidder should not be listed on any restricted lists ( such as World bank, or any other UN agency). 4. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to [email protected]. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line.
