The objective of this assignment is to support two national institutions in formulating and operationalizing internal policies and employer guidance tools to prevent violence and harassment in the world of work. This includes the development of a practical model for institutional policies, in alignment with the employer guidance issued by the Ministry of Labour (MoL) and ILO tools on creating a safe and healthy work environment. It also entails the preparation of related practical tools, templates, and advisory materials. The assignment aims to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment in line with International Labour Standards (ILS), through institutional policy development, capacity-building, and staff awareness-raising. This will require the consultant’s full understanding of the following gender-related ILS: 1. Equal Remuneration Convention, 1951 (No. 100);. 2. Social Security (Minimum Standards) Convention, 1952 (No. 102). 3. Discrimination (Employment and Occupation) Convention, 1958 (No. 111). 4. Workers with Family Responsibilities Convention, 1981 (No. 156). 5. Maternity Protection Convention, 2000 (No. 183). 6. Protection from violence and harassment as per the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190)
