Undertake the final evaluation of the project “Enhanced capacity of workers’ organizations and employer and business membership organizations to promote and implement social and environmental policies and practices” that provides an independent assessment of progress on the achievement towards the Project’s development objective, assessing performance as per the established indicators vis-à-vis the strategies and implementation modalities chosen and project management arrangements; and strategic recommendations, highlight good practices and lessons learned, to inform future programming. The evaluation will comprise an exhaustive desk review of relevant project-related documentation; individual and/or group interviews with, inter alia, project staff in ILO Headquarters and field offices, technical backstopping officials, implementing partners, and direct beneficiaries (i.e. trainees). The assignment is home-based. Financial offer confirming the candidate’s daily professional fees expressed in US dollars should include all costs, including those related to interpretation, as relevant, in a disaggregated manner.
