Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: External Collaborator will support the delivery of existing face-to-face training modules on Interview Techniques with Different Groups for Labour Inspectors under the Strategic Communication Training Programme, implemented within the Workplace Compliance through Labour Inspection Guidance and Social Dialogue (WPC) Project. The assignment includes review of training content and training materials, delivery of training sessions in Bursa, Adana and Ankara, administration of pre- and post-tests, collection of participant feedback, and submission of a Training Report after each session as well as a consolidated final Training Report. The External Collaborator will work in close coordination with the ILO PMT to ensure effective implementation of the trainings, using participatory methods and supporting institutional capacity building of labour inspectors and relevant stakeholders in line with international labour standards and a rights-based approach.
