Employer & Private Sector Engagement Review – ASEAN The International Labour Organization (ILO), through the Bureau for Employers’ Activities (ACT/EMP), invites qualified consulting firms to undertake a review of ILO engagement with Employer and Business Membership Organisations (EBMOs) and the private sector in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines . The assignment will assess current engagement, identify gaps, and develop a coherent, market-facing model for employer engagement, including country diagnostics, engagement roadmaps, and practical tools.
