The proposal must include the following completed and signed documents: Application form for participation in the tender Financial proposal submission form Technical proposal form, technical and other documentation to confirm compliance of goods with the Technical Specifications Copy of the certificate of state registration of the legal entity The proposal must be submitted for the full quantity of goods according to the Technical Specifications.
