No request for information will be entertained after this. The question and its response will be circulated to all the bidders, after deleting the name of the bidder who requested for the information. Bidders are strongly recommended to attend the Pre-bid Meeting.   The subject line of the e-mail should also include the above-mentioned bid number LRFP-2024--9194232. It is mandatory to send the stamped and signed “bid form and declaration form” of the tender document along with the quotation email. All bidders interested in doing business with UNICEF must respond to all the points requested in the Bid/Declaration form. By signing it, the vendor agrees that their company and its management have not been the subject of a final judgement of a final administrative decision for any of the exclusion criteria outlined in the form. Offers which fail against mandatory criteria are non-compliant and may lead to invalid bid submission. The Annex B Technical Criteria and Proposal Form for CMW Forklift and Annex C Commercial Proposal Form for CMW Forklift must be filled by bidders. Supplier also need to submit product catalogue, brochure and others quality certification documents along with your proposal. ATTENTION: Technical Proposals shall be submitted separately from Price Proposals It is important that you read all the provisions of the bid, to ensure that you understand UNICEF's requirements and can submit an offering compliance with them.
