The United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH) seeks expressions of interest from qualified vendors for the provision of structured cabling services on an “as and when required” basis for its premises in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The scope of services includes installation and maintenance of voice, data, and fibre optic cabling infrastructure, including but not limited to: Installation of voice and data outlets and structured copper cabling systems (Category 6 or higher); Digging, trenching, and laying of conduits for fibre optic cabling between buildings; Provision of qualified personnel and labour pool for cabling-related works on a project basis. The contract is expected to be established for an initial period of two (2) years, with options for extension subject to performance and operational requirements. Work will primarily be conducted at UNSOH locations in Port-au-Prince, including Mission HQ, Camp Vertiere, and other designated premises. Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors must demonstrate: • Proven experience in structured cabling installations (Category 5e or higher), including projects with at least 100 active outlets; • Availability of qualified personnel, including a dedicated project manager for coordination and execution; • Capacity to respond rapidly to task orders and mobilize within short timelines; • Compliance with international standards such as ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC cabling standards; • Ability to provide required documentation, testing reports, and as-built drawings; • Adequate financial and operational capacity to support multiple concurrent project-based assignments.
