The quotation must be submitted exclusively through the Quantum supplier portal (QUANTUM)[1] by the specified deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure timely submission. Any quotations received after the deadline and/or outside the Quantum supplier portal, regardless of the reason, will not be considered. In case of any discrepancy, the time shown in the QUANTUM portal shall prevail. It is important to subscribe to this RFQ as early as possible if you intend to participate and wish to receive notifications of any amendments to the RFQ documents.
