The OSCE Secretariat plans to purchase specialized operational response vehicles for donation to the Ukrainian authorities. Delivery to Kyiv, Ukraine. The ITB is divided into 4 LOTs according to vehicle type and category: * LOT 1 - Specialized double-cab pick-up truck 4x4 (15 vehicles) * LOT 2 - Specialized K9 transportation van (20 vehicles) * LOT 3 - Specialized heavy-duty van 4x4 (6 vehicles) * LOT 4 - Optional vehicles from LOTs 1-3 for possible future needs (14 vehicles) Bidders can bid on either all LOTs or on any particular LOT.
