UNICEF hereby invites your company to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for the provision of Third-Party Payment Verification Service, in accordance with the requirements outlined in Annex B – Terms of Reference (ToR) attached to this solicitation. Proposals must be submitted by email only to
[email protected] no later than Saturday, 08TH Of February 2026, at 12:00 hrs. (Noon Sudan local time). Pre-bid meeting will be on 29th January 2026, at 12:30 (NOON) Sudan Time. (Pre-Bid meeting link attached in UNGM). Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered. The LRFP process shall be conducted in accordance with the Essential Information contained in the solicitation documents. The Bid Form (pages 3–5 of the LRFP document) must be duly completed and submitted together with the proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically in English and sent in two separate emails, as follows: One email containing the Technical Proposal One email containing the Financial Proposal The subject line of the email containing the Technical Proposal must clearly state: “LRPS_2026-9202279 – Technical Proposal” The subject line of the email containing the Financial Proposal must clearly state: “LRPS_2026-9202279 – Financial Proposal” The proposal currency shall be United States Dollars (USD).
