The services include developing, maintaining, and hosting websites, knowledge platforms, Online tools, and information systems over a five year period. Key Outputs include: • Development & Maintenance of websites and digital platforms. • Technical support and hosting services. • User experience (UX) and web design. • Training for UNEP staff on website management. • Prompt technical assistance for security issues.
