Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) Country Office for Nepal is seeking an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator (National Consultant). Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Design and deliver a participatory training programme on evidence-based wage negotiation, with a focus on minimum wage setting and economic literacy. • Develop practical training materials, including tools for economic data analysis and cost-of-living surveys. • Facilitate a three-day training workshop (26–28 May 2026, Kathmandu), including a field-based market survey exercise. • Support the drafting and finalization of a charter of demands through the training and a post-training online follow-up session. The assignment will be conducted in close coordination with ACTRAV and the ILO Country Office for Nepal.
