Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will analyse JobAgri survey datasets from Ghana, including farming household, value chain actors, workers, and corporate farms surveys, and synthesize these with existing project outputs (policy mapping, methodological guide, inception document and draft analyses) to produce a high-quality analytical report. The assignment includes developing/adapting and applying JobAgri indicators to measure labour content in agri-food value chains in line with ILO frameworks, to estimate employment effects and sectoral linkages. The consultant will consolidate findings into a coherent analytical narrative and produce a publication-ready report with actionable policy recommendations to support the integration of agricultural and employment policies, particularly informing Ghana’s National Employment Policy and FASDEP. The assignment also includes stakeholder consultations, incorporation of feedback, and preparation of presentation materials for dissemination.
