The company/ supplier is asked to provide full, quality and timely security services (including manpower/ administrative supervision to the assigned security guards) to the UNICEF office located at Pastor Kimpo St., Kimpo Subd. Cotabato City as well at the CFO staff House at College Area Cotabato City. Also, a provision to provide services by other UN agencies at their respective offices. This requirement seeks to establish an LTA and consequent Contract(s) for security services for UN Agencies in Mindanao. The LTA is to be established for Five (5) years with a possible extension for another 2 years based on satisfactory performance.
