This procurement may result in the award of multiple service Contracts, depending on the evaluation results, project needs, and the geographic and technical coverage proposed by the selected bidders. All services provided to the ILO will be subject to the ILO Terms and Conditions Applicable to Contracts and any additional conditions contained in this RFP. Proposals must be submitted through the ILO e-Sourcing Platform no later than the deadline indicated in the RFP. Requests for clarification must be submitted through the “Messages” tab in the e-Sourcing Platform. Responses to all questions received within the specified period will be published on the platform, and notifications will be sent to interested bidders. Please ensure that technical proposal documents are uploaded only to the Technical Envelope and financial proposals only to the Financial Envelope.
