Description: 01 National Firm/organization to implement interventions related to economic empowerment theme in the Responsible Sourcing Initiative (RSI) in the Northern region.Duration: November 2025 – October 2026Overall objective: The objective of this assignment is to implement interventions to increase economic empowerment and livelihood for T2 – T4 throughout the plastic recycling value chain that contributed to improved responsibly recycled plastic waste in Viet Nam. Specifically, this assignment will aim to:- Increase business productivity and compliance (in registration, reporting, and documentation) for T2 - T4.- Increase access to low-interest finance for business expansion, along with improve financial management capacity for T2 – T3.
