The main goal of this study is to assist the ILO in conducting a rapid review of existing policies, labour market programs, services, legislation, and regulations. This review aims to develop and improve employment programmes and guarantee schemes specifically designed to be more flexible and responsive in meeting the unique needs of youth NEET.
