The primary objective of this assignment is to (i) strengthen the organizational capacities and (ii) improve the working conditions of the 16 SMEs (8 in KP and 8 in Balochistan) IOM previously supported to expand. Through targeted capacity development, this intervention is expected to: - Enhance the SMEs’ operational efficiency, contributing to enhancing their productivity, growth potential, and overall sustainability; - Improve the SMEs’ employment conditions and capacity to retain staff members. Scope of Work (including key activities and deliverables) The Service Provider shall execute a comprehensive program structured around 4 core phases: (i) inception and planning; (ii) assessment and planning; (iii) capacity building and mentorship; (iv) final assessment and reporting.
