Dear Bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for an individual national consultant to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Communication Consultant will be responsible for strengthening the visibility and outreach of the ILO-supported component of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) across the five pilot states—Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Niger, Ogun, and Sokoto. The consultant will conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality communication materials that effectively document and showcase the project’s achievements, impacts, and good practices. Working closely with the ILO technical team, FPMU, and SPIUs, the consultant will develop a detailed production plan and filming schedule, identify suitable locations, and coordinate field visits to cover major project interventions including labour-based routine maintenance, spot improvements, training sessions, and community interactions. During field assignments, the consultant will capture professional-quality video and photographic content, conduct interviews with beneficiaries, local authorities, contractors, and business owners, and collect compelling human-interest stories demonstrating the project’s contribution to improved livelihoods, employment creation, and market access.
