Call for partnership with implementation partners (CFP): United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invites qualified national or international  not for profit entities working in West Bengal to submit proposal to facilitate the development of the handicraft and handloom-based art/craft clusters within the “Developing eco-system to incubate creative entrepreneurship at Rural Craft and Cultural Hubs RCCH-year II project, in targeted ICH clusters of West Bengal for a minimum 3,000 beneficiaries. The technical proposal should fit the fixed budget envelope of a maximum $300,000. The Call for partnership (CFP)  consists of this cover page and the attached document (Form 7-20 including four annexes).
