The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Web streaming, totems and audio-visual technical support during IFAD Governing Council and related events. Objective of the RFP The objective of this tender is to select a vendor to provide the following equipment and services for the 48th Governing Council: • The rental of Vertical Totems and services, including the associated technical resources on site (IFAD HQ) for the management of the contents of the Totems; • The rental of a local printer; • The rental of Web streaming equipment and services, including the associated technical resources on site (IFAD HQ) for operating the Web Streaming; • Four (4 ) Audio-Visual technicians on site (IFAD HQ) for a total of six (6) days to assist in the preparation and execution of the overall event (in total 24 man-day technicians).
