Below is a summary of the work to be performed: To support the Agency for Private Enterprise and Cooperation Development (APED) of Ministry of Finance, and as part of ILO’s technical assistance, ILO is recruiting a national consultant to develop proposed recommendations and solutions for the development of entities which have the save legal nature as individual business unites or single-owner business units. The consultant is expected to perform surveys, review and synthesize findings on international experiences and assessment of legal and development solutions for entities who are similar in legal nature to individual or single-owner business units. This consultancy will contribute to the efforts to strengthen policies and mechanisms on the development of entities sharing the same legal nature as individual business units or single-owner business units. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
