The World Health Organization (WHO) is seeking offers for institutional contractual partner to provide technical assistance for the Enhancement and Updating of the DOH National Emerging and Re-emerging Diseases (EREID) Program Manual. The successful bidder is expected to demonstrate experience and list relevant projects as follows: Mandatory experience: Lead or team must be composed of individuals degree related fields in medicine,  public health, health  policy, or any related field in health sciences, social sciences, or development studies. Postgraduate degree in the above-mentioned field of study is an advantage. The contractual partner must submit a list of previous relevant portfolio of previous completed work as evidence. Desirable experience: At least seven (7) years of working experience in public health, health security, or health policy Experience in the development of health security preparedness and response plan, development of training package, and familiarity with equity and vulnerability considerations in public health emergencies and other relevant areas of health emergencies; experience working with WHO or any UN agency, Department of Health, or any government agency, and health security advocacies and stakeholders.
