The selected firm will provide both technical and operational support to advance key components of the initiative, including real property identification and capture, stakeholder consultations, data collection and verification, deduplication of captured properties, property valuation, taxpayer and property registration, public awareness and education, issuance of tax bills, and strengthening supervision and coordination mechanisms. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
