The Agreement will be valid for a period of two years. Under this Frame Agreement, the selected supplier(s) will be responsible for ensuring consistent availability, high-quality standards, and timely delivery of laundry soaps in line with the technical specifications, packaging guidelines, and delivery timelines outlined in the bidding documents. The FA does not represent a financial obligation; individual purchase orders will be issued according to actual needs throughout the contract period. This ITB aims to optimize procurement efficiency, secure cost-effective sourcing, and support hygiene-related humanitarian activities.
