Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Consultant is to undertake a national Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to ensure that Job Centres, Migrant Resource Centres (MRCs), and employer-worker organizations are adequately equipped to deliver inclusive, responsive, and effective Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) training programs. This initiative contributes to building a pool of technically competent and inclusion-aware SIYB trainers in Nigeria, enhancing stakeholder capacity, strengthening multi-sectoral collaboration, and improving the quality and delivery of training. Additionally, it will contribute to achieving the objectives of key national and international policy frameworks, including the Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP), the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
