The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Provision of Rehabilitation of The Inamar Maritime Administration (ADMAR) Building at Avenida Marginal Nº 388, Pemba, Cabo Delgado in Pemba, Mozambique. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) through its Global Maritime Crime Programme intends to support the establishment of The Joint Maritime Information Sharing Centre in Pemba Mozambique. The project’s primary objectives of this requirement are: - Renovating part of the existing building including the MDA analysis room, Joint maritime information sharing center, ICT room, ablutions, porch and courtyard, MRCC, VMS, reception and shared meeting room • Renovating the exterior of the existing building including the west facade, paving and courtyard. • Addition of a new tea kitchen in the courtyard, with associated roof extension and connections to the existing plumbing, drainage and electrical systems, and removal of one window of the existing ablutions. • Installation of a solar PV system on the existing roof, inverter and related equipment in the ICT room, and provision of an electrical compliance certificate for the works. • Installation of access control doors, new doors, new windows, window blinds and drawings.
