SPECIFIC OBJECTIVESThis mid-term assessment or review presents an opportunity to assess the achievements of the National Infrastructure for Peace (I4P) to Promote Social Cohesion project in The Gambia, and to determine its overall added value to peacebuilding. The review aim to assess the continued relevance of the project interventions and the progress made towards achieving its planned objectives. It also provides an opportunity to make modifications to ensure the achievement of these objectives within the lifetime of the project. In assessing the degree to which the project met its intended peacebuilding objective(s) and results, the assessment will provide best practices and key lessons about successful peacebuilding approaches and operational practices, as well as highlight areas where the project performed less effectively than anticipated, and the review is equally about accountability as well as learning. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
