The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for developing and delivering a Train the Trainers (ToT) program for strengthening health management capacity in Greece which address the following objectives: Design and deliver a comprehensive twelve-day Train the Trainers program targeting faculty members from academic institutions and experienced professionals with prior training experience from seven Health Regions of Greece. Develop educational content covering six key thematic areas: Leadership, Governance, and Change Management in Healthcare; Healthcare Design, Delivery, and Improvement; Data-Driven Decision-Making; Quality Measurement and Performance Assessment; Management by Objectives; and Ethics and Integrity in Healthcare Management. Provide expert-led training focusing on current trends, innovative teaching methodologies, and curriculum design for program rollout. Support the implementation of the HEALTH-IQ project's initiatives for enhancing and integrating health services management within the Greek hospital sector. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.
