The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide preventative maintenance, emergency and additional repair services of the the Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) system located at the two Data Centers DC1 and DC2 of UNESCAP, Bangkok, Thailand. The proposed preventive maintenance program shall be aimed to maintain the operational efficiency of all main equipment of the Liebert and Dunham Bush CRAC system. The required services include the provision of routine inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance. Location of the ESCAP premises: The UN Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok 10200 Thailand. Contract duration: The period of required service shall be for 3 years with an option for extension for one year each for two times. Total contract period is 5 years and 1 month, effective from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2030. Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors who would like to participate in the solicitation shall be able to submit the following evidences among other documents: 1. Company Registeration Certificate indicating that the company is registered under the law of Thailand with an established physical office in Thailand and able to operate and provide services in Thailand. 2. The company profile demonstrates a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing maintenance services of Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) system or similar service to commercial building in Thailand 3. Installed CRAC units include Liebert model P2070DD 2 units and Dunham Bush model DBDD19GAUDNNNNKPSENN3N 2 unit. 4. The preventive maintenance services interval shall be on a quarterly basis and maintenance services report must be submitted within 15 days after completion of the services.
