Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is looking for an individual expert collaborating closely with the technical team to undertake work as an External Collaborator to strengthen capacity at both national and sub-national levels to implement Cambodia’s National Strategy on the Development of the Informal Economy (NSDIE) 2023–2028 with the summary of assignment below: The consultant will support the Secretariat of the Coordinating Committee for the Development of the Informal Economy (S. CCDIE) under the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI) in Cambodia. The work focuses on: • Developing a locally contextualized technical training program for national and provincial stakeholders, based on ILO tools and the newly established Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework. • Designing and implementing a strategic communications campaign, including a comprehensive plan, rollout strategy, and guidance for ministerial staff on communication products. • Establishing an online repository to host key resources on Cambodia’s informal economy. • Delivering training sessions, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and producing technical reports and recommendations. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by S. CCDIE/MISTI.
