NEW/EXTENDED Closing date set 01 December 2025, 23:59 CET United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit electronic tenders as follows: UNESCO is seeking the services of a company/institute to support such iteration with the following objectives: i) to develop an enhanced SEA for the CORB, building on prior work, with updated actionable recommendations and a monitoring framework, ii) to reassess socio-economic, environmental, and governance baselines in the CORB, iii) to establish an inclusive stakeholder engagement plan as a component of the whole SEA process and builds ownership and buy-in, iv) to develop a GIS-based decision-support tool, v) to develop a systematic conservation plan that will guide the zonation of key and critical areas for biodiversity and water resources protection in the CORB, vi) to develop a management, monitoring and evaluation framework to guide adaptive management over time, vii) to ensure the alignment of the SEA with current and emerging regional, national, and international policy frameworks and initiatives.
