The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in Nigeria, Abuja, is seeking information and quotations for the supply and provision of Irrigation pumps and solar components. This is a request for information (RFI) only and not a request for quotation (RFQ) or tender. Your response will help UNHCR understand the available products, specifications, and pricing for budgeting and planning purposes. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Interested parties are requested to respond in writing no later than 8 June, 23.59 HRS WAT. The documents must be sent by email to [email protected] alone. The cover letter must bear your official letterhead, clearly identifying your company. Documents, including attachments, should be submitted in PDF format. Copies of the PDF format documents may, as an addition, be included in Excel or other formats, etc. UNHCR does not assume any responsibility for late submissions. All interested parties are urged to take the necessary measures to ensure timely and proper submission. Please be aware that UNHCR’s email policy limits the size of attachments to a maximum of 15MB, so it may be necessary to send more than one email for the whole submission.
