Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) invites expressions of interest from qualified individuals to work as an External Collaborator under the RBSA Project “Realizing Decent Work in the Platform Economy through E‑formalization in India (Labour Protection Component)”. Assignment Overview The External Collaborator will provide technical and coordination support to ILO for studies and activities related to informality, remuneration, and time‑use in the platform economy, including research support, workshops, consultations, and capacity‑building. Indicative Deliverables 1. CDS Study Support Technical review of questionnaires on informality, remuneration, and working time. Technical inputs for the Time Use App, including usability and design improvements. Methodological note on capturing time‑use of platform workers. Stakeholder consultation reports and related technical inputs. 2. Workshops and Advocacy Support development of concept notes and agendas for RBSA Task 1 workshops. Workshop reports outlining outcomes, feedback, and recommendations. Synthesis of stakeholder inputs into study outputs. 3. Other RBSA Support Proposal for an international study tour. Preparation of capacity‑building materials and support to trainings. Support state‑level dissemination activities. Final consolidated report covering all outputs. The above deliverables are indicative and may be revised based on project needs and ILO guidance. Outputs will be subject to satisfactory completion as determined by ILO.
