Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The successful consultant will be expected to develop pre-and post-testing assessment forms to be administered to participants and to review as well as utilise the ILO practical training materials on child labour due diligence to prepare in collaboration with the Federation of Uganda Employers a 2-day training session for participants from ILO CLP member companies in the Greater Masaka area, Uganda to strengthen their capacity to prevent and eliminate child labour within the coffee supply chain. In the aftermath of the training, the consultant will provide remote technical support to participants and facilitate a virtual session to follow-up on key actions taken related to child labour due diligence within their companies and supply chain after the training. The consultant will document in a final report all the commitments and post-training child labour due diligence measures made by the participants.
