Structural Works: Reinforcement and repairs to existing walls, floors, and ceilings where necessary. V. Electrical Works: Upgrading wiring, installing energy-efficient lighting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. VI. Plumbing Works: Replacement of old fixtures, repair of leaks, and improvement of water supply and drainage systems. VII. Interior Works: Painting, flooring, ceiling installations, and refurbishment of office spaces. VIII. Fixtures and Fittings: Installation of doors, windows, and furniture adjustments as per the approved design. IX. HVAC Systems: Servicing or upgrading air conditioning and ventilation systems for improved efficiency.
