O presente Termo de Referência tem como objetivo contratar uma consultoria especializada para apoiar a equipe do Ministério da Fazenda e da Comissão Nacional de Bioeconomia (CNBio) na definição dos impactos e contribuições econômicas, sociais e ambientais da bioeconomia até 2035. Para atingir esse objetivo, a consultoria deverá:Desenvolver análise técnica sobre as potenciais contribuições do Plano Nacional de Bioeconomia para o Plano de Transformação Ecológica, para os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), bem como para os principais marcos e compromissos assumidos pelo Brasil relacionados à bioeconomia (como o Acordo de Paris e a Convenção sobre Diversidade Biológica - CDB, entre outros);Produzir estudo dos impactos e contribuições esperados da bioeconomia até 2035, considerando as dimensões econômica, social e ambiental. Gentileza indicar a sua intenção de participar deste certame através da criação de um rascunho de proposta no sistema.
